Quality and Satisfaction
Everyone at Miami Valley Hospital (MVH) is committed to providing high-quality care with respect and consideration for all our patients. We welcome comments and feedback from patients so we can continually improve our services.
Since 1997, MVH’s parent organization, Premier Health, has partnered with Press Ganey Associates, Inc. to collect patient perspectives on their quality of care through the use of patient satisfaction surveys. Admitted patients, as well as those receiving our outpatient technology services and emergency room care, are all included in the survey process. We use these patient evaluations to help us improve our performance and patient care at all levels within the organization.
We encourage you to share your comments with the nurse, nurse manager, department manager, or supervisor responsible for your care. Or you can let us know how we can serve you better.
