Miami Valley Hospital Names New Vice President
Diane Pleiman joins administrative staff as VP of Operations
DAYTON, Ohio, April 24, 2007 - Diane Pleiman has been named vice president of operations at Miami Valley Hospital (MVH). In her new role Pleiman will have direct oversight for emergency and trauma services, CareFlight, clinical laboratory services, medical imaging, the burn center, outpatient clinics, and several other areas of the hospital.
Pleiman has been with MVH since 1999 and has broad experience in health care operations and finance. Most recently she served in the nursing division for four years as director of over financial operations, patient placement and staffing.
“Diane is extremely capable and has a wealth of experience in health care – both on the patient side and in operations,” said Mary Boosalis, president and CEO of Miami Valley Hospital. “This promotion is well deserved. It positions Diane to continue making significant contributions to MVH and to our mission of providing high-quality, cost-effective health care to the patients we serve.”
A current resident of Fort Loramie, Ohio Pleiman earned a bachelor degree in nuclear medicine technology from the University of Findlay and a masters in business administration from Wright State University.
