A History of Professionalism and Medical Advances
Miami Valley Hospital (MVH) has a rich history of delivering quality health care to the residents of Southwest Ohio. Since its modest beginnings more than 100 years ago, MVH has grown into a leading-edge medical facility with a national and international reputation for excellence. In July 2007, MVH was ranked as one of U.S. News & World Report’s Best Hospitals in America, an honor bestowed to only 173 of the 5,462 hospitals in the country.
MVH has long been at the forefront of medical advances. MVH features the region’s only Level I Trauma Center, the area’s only air CareFlight ambulance program, the region’s only Adult Burn Center, as well as the only Blood and Marrow Transplant Program, the only kidney transplant program, and the only Level IIIB center for high-risk maternity and newborn care.
Behind the many other awards and recognition we have received is a dedicated, professional staff devoted to excellence in patient care. If this sounds like the kind of health care environment you’d like to work in, use our online application system to search available positions.
