Tina Grismer, LPCC, CEAP, SAP
Tina Grismer is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC), a certified employee assistance professional (CEAP), and a qualified substance abuse professional (SAP). A counseling professional since 1978, she has counseled employees since 1991.
Tina joined the EmployeeCare staff in 1996. She counsels couples, individuals, and families. Tina helps them address problems with self-esteem, communication, parenting, stress management, and difficult life transitions.
Anthony Adams, LSW, LPC, LICDC, SAP
Anthony Adams has more than 24 years of experience in the mental health field. He received his Master’s degree from the University of Dayton and his undergraduate degree from Ball State University. Anthony is experienced in case management, chemical dependency, and crisis intervention. He is licensed in social work, chemical dependency, and counseling. His focus is on counseling individuals combating the problems of everyday living and helping couples communicate effectively.
Marcia M. Zelman, MS, LSW, SAP
Marcia Zelman has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Dayton. She also holds a certificate from the California-based Person-Centered Expressive Therapy Institute. Marcia has worked in the mental health field since 1970 and joined EmployeeCare in 1999.
She offers clients the opportunity to enhance self-awareness and self-expression using a variety of expressive arts therapies.
Brenda Moore, MS, LPC, LICDC
Brenda Moore holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Indiana State University and a Master’s degree from the University of Dayton. She has more than 25 years of counseling experience. In addition to a supervisory and administrative role, Brenda provides individual and family counseling, mental health counseling, chemical dependency counseling, and consultation.
Ronald Wean, MDiv, LPCC, CEAP, SAP
Ron Wean has been with EmployeeCare since 1991. He focuses on eating disorders, addictions, family systems and conflict, and change management.
