Molly Barney, RN, BS, Nurse Manager, PACU/Pre-Op Holding

Molly Barney has more than 33 years of nursing experience, including Medical/Surgical, Intensive Care, and 28 years in PACU. Currently, she is the Nurse Manager of the Post Anesthesia Care Unit/Pre-Op Holding. She received an Associate Degree in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management from Park College in Parkville, Missouri. Molly has also completed the Hospital Incident Command System Training for Emergency Preparedness.

Catherine T. McHugh, RN, BSN, Clinical Nurse Manager PACU/POH

Cathy McHugh is one of the Clinical Nurse Managers of the PACU/POH. Cathy has been an RN for 21 years with experience in cardiac nursing, critical care and 14 years in PACU. She is responsible for the workflow of the unit and employee evaluations. She chairs the performance improvement committee for the PACU and is the manager representative for the unit council. Cathy works closely with surgeons and other medical personnel to develop processes to meet the needs of physicians and patients while in the PACU/POH. Cathy works very closely with the Bed Flow Administrator to assure the smooth transition of the patient during his/her hospital stay. 

Nancy Warnock, RN, BSN, Clinical Nurse Manager PACU/POH

Nancy Warnock is a Clinical Nurse Manager of the PACU/POH. Nancy has been an RN for 15 years with experience in IV Therapy, Advanced Care and ICU nursing. She is responsible for the workflow of the unit and employee evaluations. Nancy is responsible for the PACU/POH staffing and schedules. She is the clinical manager representative for the Education Committee. Nancy works closely with surgeons and other medical personnel to develop processes to meet the needs of physicians and patients while in PACU/POH. Nancy works very closely with the Bed Flow Administrator to assure the smooth transition of the patient during his/her hospital stay.
