About EmployeeCare

Many employees and their families need help to cope with stressful issues and problems at home and at work. Problems may include substance abuse, emotional distress, health issues, and relationship concerns. EmployeeCare can help.

EmployeeCare is the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at Miami Valley Hospital (MVH). An EAP can help employees and household members with problems that cause stress in their lives.

EmployeeCare is currently available to both employees and household members of MVH and more than 160 participating companies and organizations throughout Southwest Ohio.
