Taking Medicine Safely
DAYTON, OHIO (August 1, 2009) – Medicine can help keep you healthy. But if you don’t take it correctly, it could harm you. Get information on medication safety at the next Miami Valley Hospital Mall Walkers Club health event set for Friday, August 14 at the Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek.
Featured speaker is registered pharmacist Elizabeth Quedenfeld. She will provide safety tips regarding drug interactions, taking and storing medicines and talking to your doctor to avoid harmful effects. The free event begins at 8:45 a.m. in the food court and healthy snacks will be served.
