Lung Cancer
The lungs are complex organs that take a gas that your body needs to get rid of (carbon dioxide) and exchange it for a gas that your body can use (oxygen). The two lungs are located in the chest on either side of the heart.
Lung cancer is an uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells in one or both of the lungs. It is broken down into two groups: small cell lung cancer and non-small cell lung cancer.
