Miami Valley Hospital (MVH) is certified as an Advanced Primary Stroke Center by the Joint Commission, which means that we are recognized as a center that makes exceptional efforts to foster better outcomes for stroke care. To maintain certification, our Stroke Center follows recommendations for stroke care published by the Joint Commission
