Miami Valley Hospital (MVH) knows that when it comes to trauma and other life-threatening conditions, each second counts. CareFlight Air and Mobile Services’ (Careflight) response is both safe and fast. Within minutes of a call coming in to CareFlight, the helicopter is airborne. The powerful Dauphin helicopter can carry the pilot, two flight nurses, and two patients at 180 mph, making it among the fastest helicopters.
