What to Expect
The Comprehensive Cardiac Risk Assessment at Premier HeartWorks takes about 60 minutes from start to finish. For lab work, you need to fast for 12 hours leading up to the test—no food and only water. Please ask the front desk about taking your current medications when you call to schedule your assessment.
Be prepared to pay the $89 on the day of your assessment with cash, check or credit. In addition, please be advised that Premier HeartWorks will not bill your insurance for the Cardiac Risk Assessment.
If you are also having the CT scan done, you should plan on an additional 15-20 minutes. Like the Cardiac Risk Assessment, the CT scan will not be billed to your insurance, so please be prepared to pay the $99 by cash, check or credit card before the test begins.
