Institutional Review Board Forms and Information

The Wright State University Institutional Review Board (WSU IRB) reviews and approves all applications for clinical trials. Investigators must fill out the appropriate forms and submit the documentation to the WSU IRB to secure approval before conducting any research at Miami Valley Hospital.

Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative

The Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) course is required for anyone involved in Human Subjects Research (HSR).  Modules are customized to individual roles in HSR.  Individuals who have already completed CITI training with MVH affiliation do not have to re-take the training.  Simply add WSU affiliation to link an existing MVH-affiliated certificate to WSU.  Individuals taking CITI training for the first time should choose WSU as the affiliate.
