2012 Performance Measures
1. Patients admitted to ICU with an ETC LOS ≤ 2 hours (Goal = 75%)
Tips to Ensure Compliance: Early entrance of Bed-Request Orders (All intubated patients admitted to the ICU)
2. Patients admitted to the Trauma Unit with an ETC LOS ≤ 4 hours (Goal 80%)

3. Head injured anticoagulated patients (Example: ASA, Plavix, Coumadin) with time to first head CT in the ETC ≤ 30 minutes (Goal 75%)
Tips to Ensure Compliance: Use the “CT Head without Contrast – Anticoagulated Head Injury” Order
4. Anticoagulated patients(Example: ASA, Plavix, or Coumadin) with head bleed – time to reversal or initiation of product (Platelets, Thawed Plasma, FFP, or Factor VII) ≤ 2 hours from MVH arrival (Goal 75%)

5. Blood Gas (Arterial [resuscitation and ventilation] or Venous [resuscitation]) obtained on all Category 1 Trauma Alerts and indicated (Goal 90%)
